Today was the typical Swiss day - cheese and chocolate. So we went to a special cheesefactory in the Alps (Engelberg). The cheeser showed us how to make cheese and some of us could try to make cheese on their own. After we visited the enourmous abbey from Engelberg. It was very impressif. We ate fondue and raclette and the participants appreciated the Swiss food a lot. Following we went to the chocolate factory Frey in Buchs-AG. It was great, we learned how they produce their chocolate and watched a funny film about the old traditional way of making chocolate. After we had a degustation. So everybody could eat as much as they wanted. After the meal at the camp the participants had some time for themselfs and went to bed at 11 o'clock.
